Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! But returns cost us a lot of time and money. We are a small business (literally mom and pop - aka Diny and Jim) and we work hard to avoid returns.
If you have any questions before you purchase, just email or call us at 802-387-5718.
That being said, we will happily replace the item if it's a warranty issue. There may be fees included if we are required to ship the item back to the manufacturer.
If you happen to get the wrong size, or turn out to hate the color. (Okay, not skis or bikes.) Let us know the problem and tell us what you'd like instead.
To return an item: Bring it back to us in new condition with the original tags, in its original packing material, and receipt within 14 days of your purchase and we will exchange it or refund your money in your original form of payment.
IMPORTANT: No returns on closeouts. No returns after two weeks. Exchange or store credit only on sale items. No returns without receipt. Thanks for understanding!
If we have shipped you an item, please call before returning it, we will not refund shipping costs or cover return shipping - unless of course it was our mistake.
Stop In and See Us: Monday to Saturday 10-6 Closed Sundays.
